Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Asian School of Design and Applied Vastu (ASDAV). By accessing our courses or workshops, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities as a learner, our policies regarding enrollment, conduct, payments, certifications, and use of content.
ASDAV delivers education through a combination of live classes, assignments and practical projects; recordings are considered case by case. We expect learners to maintain professional conduct, complete course requirements, and respect intellectual property. Payment policies, access to resources, use of third-party tools, and refund eligibility are clearly defined in this document. Participation in workshops, masterclasses, and online learning also follows specific guidelines.
We are committed to data privacy and reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Please read the following sections carefully before enrolling or accessing our services.
Admission and Enrollment
1.1 Eligibility and Application
Enrollment is open to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course or program on the ASDAV website. All applications must be submitted through the official channels, along with required documentation and accurate personal information.
1.2 Review and Selection
Each application is reviewed by ASDAV’s academic committee. Admission decisions are based on merit, program suitability, and seat availability. ASDAV reserves full rights to accept or reject applications without obligation to disclose reasons.
1.3 Enrollment Confirmation
Admission is only confirmed after the full or first installment of fees is received and a formal confirmation email is issued by ASDAV. Until then, no seat is guaranteed.
1.4 Non-Transferable Enrollment
Enrolled seats are non-transferable. Requests for deferral or reallocation to another course or candidate are not permitted unless under special approval by ASDAV management.
Course Delivery and Structure
2.1 Format and Medium
Courses are delivered through live online sessions, practical assignments and/or in-person workshops, depending on the program structure. Pre-recorded content or a session replay is available only if ASDAV confirms it for the particular course or request. The format for each course is outlined on the course information page.
2.2 Academic Flexibility
ASDAV reserves the right to modify course content, instructors, session formats, or delivery schedules for academic or operational purposes. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, where possible.
2.3 Attendance and Participation
Active participation in live sessions, discussions, and assignments is essential. Minimum attendance may be required to receive certification, depending on the course.
2.4 Course Materials Access
Course materials, templates and resources, if included, are specified in the course information or enrollment communication. Their method of delivery and access duration are as expressly confirmed by ASDAV. Recordings and lifetime access are not included unless stated in writing.
Learning Conduct and Participation
3.1 Professional Behavior
Students are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Disrespectful language, harassment, or disruption will not be tolerated.

All assignments and projects must reflect original work. Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation will lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion without refund.
3.3 Group Etiquette and Collaboration
Where group work is assigned, students must contribute fairly and engage constructively with peers. Group misconduct or conflict may impact grading and certification.
3.4 Disciplinary Actions
ASDAV reserves the right to suspend or remove any student violating conduct guidelines, with or without warning, and without refund.

All course content—videos, presentations, templates, guides, and documents—is the intellectual property of ASDAV and/or its faculty.

4.5 Testimonials and Promotional Use
Where you voluntarily provide a written, audio or video testimonial for publication, ASDAV may use that testimonial and the name, image or voice you agree to share on its website, social media channels and other promotional materials. ASDAV may edit it for length or format without materially changing its meaning. You may contact hello@asdav.com to request that ASDAV stop future use; this may not remove material already published or shared. Course participation alone does not constitute consent to publish private feedback.

5.1 Payment Terms
Course fees must be paid in full or via approved installment plans before the program start date. Payment details will be communicated during the admission process.
5.2 Refunds and Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific course refund policy. Refund requests, if applicable, must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
5.3 Late Payments
